Common questions
Do our employees move to ITCONS payroll?
No. Your employees stay on your rolls and we run payroll, compliance and HR operations on your behalf. If you want people on our payroll instead, contract staffing is the better fit.
Which statutory compliances do you cover?
PF, ESIC, professional tax, labour welfare fund, TDS on salaries, minimum wages, bonus and gratuity, plus the registers and returns that apply under labour law, location by location.
Can you work with our accounts and finance teams?
Yes. We share payroll outputs, journals and reports in the formats your HR, accounts and finance teams already use.
Is this suitable for a small company?
