ITCONS started in 2007 as a software company. Our first product, RecruitPlus, was talent management software, and it won the Microsoft BizSpark and NASSCOM IT Innovator awards. Engineering has stayed in the business ever since: the payroll engine, account verification and challan checks that run our own roster were all built in-house.
Our consulting practice puts that experience to work for clients in India and overseas. We build software, implement business systems and projects, and help organisations move manual, paper-heavy work onto digital processes, with the people to run them afterwards if needed.
Where a company would rather not run IT in-house, we take on IT operations as a managed service, for a predictable monthly cost against agreed SLAs.
