Business Development Manager

Reporting To:
Head of Recruitment/Managing Director

No of Vacancies:
5 for North India to be based in Noida; 1 for Western region to be based in Mumbai and 3 for Southern region to be based in Bangalore, 1 for Chennai and 1 in Hyderabad.

Qualification:
MBA in sales & Marketing

Experience:
5-15 years

Salary Budget: INR 8- 16 L +Incentives but will not be a limitation for a deserving candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Development Manager /Sr. Business Development Manager/ General/Account Manager – Staff Augmentation (Staffing Business) will be required to acquire clients for ITCONS staff leasing services to Indian clients.
  • Prior experience in acquiring staffing / staff leasing business for IT/ NON-IT; preference to be given to resources coming from competitors. Those only having experience in recruitment business development will be strictly NO.
  • Making Cold Calls for business Development and arranging client meetings etc.
  • Lead Generation from various sources. Making effective use of social and professional networking sites to generate leads.
  • Responsible for presentations, company presentation and assisting the sales and marketing processes.
  • Involved in end-to-end business staffing development activities.
  • Can generate good pipe line for Staffing positions.
  • Account Management (as and when required): Should be able to handle and manage team of 20 -50 recruiters ensuring positive P&L.

  • Prior experience in acquiring staffing / staff leasing business for IT/ NON-IT; preference to be given to resources coming from competitors like Quess Corp, Adeco, Manpower, Team lease etc. Those only having experience in recruitment business development will be strictly NO.
  • Annual Target is to add minimum 3000 staffing resources in ITCONS portfolio through new positions from various clients or through rebadging.
  • Responsible for presentations, company presentation and taking full responsibility of sales and marketing team for staffing business.
  • Involved in end-to-end business staffing development activities.
  • Will head the team of Business Development Managers.
